Built around the idea of active sitting, CoreChair helps users maintain healthier movement patterns while working, reducing discomfort caused by long hours of static sitting.

As the brand evolved and introduced connected digital experiences, it needed a stronger ecosystem that could support both product engagement and brand perception. The primary goal was to design an intuitive mobile application that enhances how users interact with CoreChair’s smart product ecosystem. The app needed to provide a seamless experience for monitoring posture, activity, movement habits, and personalized wellness insights in a simple and engaging way. Another key objective was to ensure the app experience feels approachable for users of all technical levels, with clear navigation, meaningful feedback, and effortless device interaction. Since the app plays a central role in the product journey, usability and clarity were critical.

Alongside the mobile experience, the website required a refreshed brand direction that better communicates CoreChair’s innovation, wellness positioning, and premium value. The rebranding effort focused on improving visual consistency, strengthening perception, and aligning the website more closely with the modern product experience.

One of the key challenges was translating CoreChair’s physical wellness benefits into a compelling digital experience. The mobile app needed to communicate posture tracking, movement guidance, and data insights in a way that feels motivating rather than overwhelming. Another challenge was balancing functionality with simplicity. Connected products often involve technical processes such as Bluetooth pairing, onboarding, syncing, and notifications, all of which needed to feel frictionless for everyday users.

The existing website also lacked alignment with the product’s evolving innovation story. While the product itself offered a forward-thinking solution, the brand presentation did not fully communicate that value through design, messaging, or consistency.

The process began with understanding CoreChair’s product ecosystem, user needs, and wellness-focused customer journey. This helped identify opportunities across onboarding, engagement, and brand communication. We mapped the mobile experience around simple user flows such as device setup, activity tracking, insights viewing, and daily engagement. Information architecture was structured to ensure users can quickly access meaningful features without complexity. Wireframes were created to define screen layouts, navigation behavior, and interaction priorities. Special focus was placed on clarity, habit-building experiences, and intuitive use across all screen sizes.

The UI design introduced a clean and modern interface with approachable visuals, strong hierarchy, and wellness-oriented design cues. Key metrics and insights were presented in a simple format that encourages regular use.

In parallel, the website rebranding introduced a more contemporary visual language, improved consistency, and stronger alignment with the product’s innovation story. Typography, color systems, and visual structure were refined to create a more premium and cohesive digital presence.
